Text of a land acknowledgment over a background cityscape with saguaro cacti. The text reads: "Land Acknowledgment. The Equality Chamber acknowledges the twenty-two Native Nations that have inhabited this land for centuries. Our great city is in the Salt River Valley on ancestral territories of Indigenous peoples, including the Akimel O’dham or Pima and Pee Posh or Maricopa Indian Communities, whose care and keeping of these lands allows us to be here today. We acknowledge the sovereignty of these nations."
